Review: Essence Minis 2 Go - Deo Wipes

Summer is coming and with that heat and sweat. I hate sweating and I'm sure we've all experienced that horrible feeling when you realise your deo has lost its effect..

Usually it happens when it couldn't be more inconvenient.. Before an exam, before you meet somebody or just during the day when you can't get near a shower for another few hours.

So, when I saw these I was truly excited. I'm no fan of carrying around a lot of stuff. I never take make up with me, at most some spectacle cloths.

Long story short, do they work?

Yes!!! It's amazing, I wiped my armpits with one cloth, one side per arm and I was "smell-free" for the rest of the day.

You get 15 cloths in one package and it's teeny tiny, so no problem to take it with you. I love it!!

You can get it at the big Essence displays at Müller. It's in one of the carousels at the bottom. It's 1€ something, so definitely affordable. I'm a big fan.

Essence "keep calm and go to the beach" Liquid Eyeliner Swatches & Review

I didn't expect much from the liquid liners in the LE, but this eyeliner is GORGEOUS.

This is just one coat of liner. It's crazy!

Isn't this incredible? One coat and it's opaque. I love this liner. If you can get it, buy it.

Vienna Haul

On Thursday I spent the whole day in Vienna thanks to two lecture which conveniently were six hours apart..

So I had time to do some shopping..

I bought the book I just talked about in my previous post a vegan mayonnaise and some beauty stuff.

I wanted to test Ebelin's and Essence's sponge nail polish remover. I wanna get back into stamping so the stampy polish had to come home with me as well.

Have you tried the sponge removers yet??

Essence's Big Ass Display

I finally saw the new - huuuuge - wall display of Essence at a Müller. It's enormous and amazing!

New effect polishes, I love them!

A bunch of new "gel nails at home" products

The carousel is a cool concept, but not very practical. 

I don't think I need to mention those gorgeous new palettes, cleverly designed to resemble the palettes from Benefit...

A ton of new products, I snatched a few up, though I could have bought thrice as much. I'll show them to you soon.

Essence Bloom me up! Blush Brush

Essence released some brushes in their recent LE called "bloom me up!". I would have bought them all, just out of curiosity, but in the end I only got the blush brush. Look at that cute design:

It's an amazing brush, I used it to apply blush and contour powder so far and it did a lovely job every time. It's an awesome tool for such affordable price. If you manage to find one, buy it!

I hope you have a great weekend, we're renovating big style and Emma got a bit scared by all the noise..

Kronos wasn't overly excited to share his new bed, but he's a big brother now. He'll get used to it. *g*

Drugstore Releases

Last week I went to my favorite Müller store and it was loaded with full Catrice and Essence LE displays :-) I thought I share what I saw:

Essence Superheroes Nail Polish Swatches

I came across a full display of Essence's new LE and first wanted to get all the polishes and the polish remover.

Then I decided to get five polishes and no remover, which you can see above. *gg* After walking around with them ten minutes, I really looked at them and if they are unique enough to get a place at my home and..

..in the end I only got these two "power girl!" and "super, man!":

This definitely isn't a holo polish, it's a silver with holo particles. Still pretty cool. :)

Sadly, I wasn't really able to capture the multidimension of this polish. It switches from dark blue to purple, depending on the light. :)

Drugstore Releases in October

We're still without internet, the death for a blogger.. Without our mobile phones that function as hotspots, we'd be completely in the dark.

Some new drugstore collections have been released and I thought why not share them with you :-)

Essence did something horrible. A Justin Bieber LE, how could they.. Well, most teenagers might disagree..

Essence Gel Nails At Home

Essence released a new gel nail system. A complete kit with UV light lamp and everything. I though I show it to you:

I have gel nails and I did them myself for a while and the system is similar, but to be honest - I doubt it is as good as professional products. I think this might me a great home Shellac alternative, but nothing more. At least I wouldn't expect it.

Does any of you own it? My lovely cousin got it, I'll pick her brain about the results she got.

Essence Me & My Ice Cream

I don't know how, but for some reason I missed the release of this cute collection. So, I was more than happy to still get the nail top stickers and the cream blush I read so many ravings about. 

I didn't test it yet, but I hope it lives up to the great reviews I read about it. Did you buy something?
