Mac To The Beach Nail Polish

Hey lovely readers,

Am I a good blogger or am I a good blogger? lol What I got going since I'm sick is crazy. It fills the boringness in bed.

This is another post I wanted to do forever. The reason there haven't been any MAC hauls/updates/reviews is that we didn't get anything new this month.

While the rest of the world got their Superglass we got a "next month"... So I bought a ton of Essence stuff and one last item of the To The Beach collection - a nail polish. A super pretty red. I love it and here it is:

It's named Shirelle and looks great, I think this would be a great toe-nails candidate.

So if you have some money left and want a beautiful red, check it out. Though a lot is coming from MAC, you might as well wanna save your money. *gg*

Alessandro Mini Haul

While I was at the Müller store I saw Alessandros Summer of Love collection.There was only one that really caught my eye and so I picked it up.
The colour pay off is soooo great and it lasts very well. Can recommend it!!

First Maybelline MNY Haul

Some weeks ago a "new" brand launched in Austria - Maybelline MNY. A baby from the Maybelline brand with a similar schema as Essence - affordable, colourful make up.

So far I'm very impressed. I couldn't wait to check out the range and I made some I-Phone pictures of their counter, but the weird blue lighting they have makes it almost impossible to see accurate colours.

Like Essence they have Limited Editions, at the moment theirs is "I'm a sweetheart"

And that's what I ended up buying:

I loooove the nail polishes, the wand reminds me of the OPI wands and I love it.

The glosses are great as well. Non-sticky, fruity smelling. Look at the colours! Someone obviously got his inspiration from the OCC Lip Tars..

Nail polish swatches are following soon and meanwhile I bought more items on other occasions which I will show you very soon as well.

I definitely would grap some polishes if you can, the colour range is great and as said, I loooove the wands. :-)

Artdeco Lashes

When I went on a shopping trip to Müller I saw these and was quite surprised of the diversity.

Look at them, how pretty!! I don't like the ones with the cristals, but the last row is gorgeous. 35 especially could be from shu uemura.

Those cost 11,79€ which is okay from my point of view. Unfortunately, I don't know why, false lashes look horrible on me, so I didn't buy any.

the battle between colour and summer

A week ago it was so hot in Vienna I thought I would die. I don't like wearing make up when it's so hot that I need to shower every two hours.

I really don't understand the bliss people seem to feel when it is 30 degrees out there and you're sweating like hell, everything you touch is sticky and the sun is burning your skin..

But one evening I definitely wanted to create a look exploding with colour and the last view times I always ended up using bright pinks and I did this time again. The real problem was that it was so hot that the make up melted away all the time. I had to reapply like hell and it still ended up looking not at all professional.

I want you to know this, cause I don't want people to believe that this is the best I can do..

Nevertheless, I liked the idea behind it and decided to show it to you anway:

Another trip to Hungary - Part 2 - Essence Wonder

Hey lovelies!

On to the second part which might be a bad idea, cause as soon as this secret is shared I might even loose that option. *gg*

The Müller in Hungary stocks, like all the other Müllers, Essence as well.

Interestingly they are one month behind with their Trend Editions and so there is always a good chance that you get stuff that is sold out in Vienna after a few hours.

I don't know why, but nobody seems to be interested in Essence over there, cause it is always super-stocked.

Right now they have "Into the Wild" and they had every item..

Since I was lucky enough to get all the things I wanted I didn't buy any of them. I ask for Surfer Babe, but not this month.

As I was leaving I saw this:

And I couldn't believe my eyes!

You must know I tried to track down "cute as hell" items for a whole month, I think I drove to every Müller in Vienna, but I only was able to get these items:
I even asked my mum who was on a two day trip in Germany to watch out for them.

And there they were, in the Special Offer section!!!!! So I crapped all these things:

I was soooo happy.

I bought these items twice, which I'll be using for a give away, when I have more followers. :-)

Cool, right?

There are a few items left there from the "cute as hell" collection I believe, but I'm not sure.

So if you're planning a trip there, choose the right time and you might get lucky.

Where was I tonight?

For those who have attented the MAC party, sorry that I wasn't there (if you even watched out for me. *gg*)

I worked the whole day while it was scolding hot outside and my pets needed their mum.

Heaven can only take her body off when I sit beside her.

And my dog needed a walk and well, when I have to choose I will always choose them.

In addition, nothing new was introduced, just a little party. So I will take some pics of the "new" store another time, I promise.

Another trip to Hungary - Part 1 - NYX counter

It always sounds so "huge" when I say we drove to Hungary, but from Vienna you're there in just an hour. So it is an easy day trip.

My boyfriends mum comes from Hungary and has a little flat there and from time to time we drive her there and I always drag my BF to Müller and Tesco.

We have Müllers in Austria as well, but they don't have NYX!!!!

So it is always super exciting to go there and that is their set up. I made the pics with my I-phone, cause it would look weird if I stand there with my huge Canon..

I ended up buying only one blush:

Since I have red cheeks anyway I don't need strong blushes, so this one is perfect.

If you're close to Hungary or from Vienna you should drive there and on the way there is an outlet (Parndorf) which does have a Make Up Store with discontinued and old limited MAC stuff - whooo whooo!!!!
