Review: Maybelline Jade Age Eraser Concealer

Sooo, it's time for a review. :-)

Let's see some pictures: On the left side I'm wearing the concealer on the other side is nothing.

So, what do I think??

In the photos I'm not wearing any foundation, it's just the concealer under my eyes. You twist the red top until the concealer comes out. I'm okay with that, because only I use it and my skin isn't oily. But for some of you, this might be a no-go.

I gotta say I thought it would have more coverage. It has some, but it didn't blow me away.. It makes a little difference, but nothing that was exceptional. I prefer my other concealers, like the Collection 2000 one or the Full Coverage concealer by MAC. 

Sadly, I'm not one of the many bloggers who is swooning over it. Maybe I expected too much since it got so many great reviews. Nevertheless, it's my experience. Maybe it's helpful. :)

Maybelline Drugstore Haul

There was an offer for Maybelline products recently and I couldn't resist. You buy some and the cheapest is free. I bought some items I wanted for some time.

I was incredible curious about the new Brow Drama brow mascara, the famous Instant Anti-Age Löscher. Aditionally, I fell in love with one of the new and limited Crystallize polishes from their Color Show range.

The head is a bit unconventional, but cool nevertheless.

GOSH BB Skin Perfecting Kit

GOSH released some new products and I had some time to kill, so what is better then spending it testing make up.? :)

GOSH released two Skin Perfecting Kits. A light and medium one.

Review: Bourjois Healthy Mix Concealer

Hey guys,

Here is the much anticipated Bourjois concealer review. :-) I have the number 51.

I wore it several times by now and absolutely love it. It smells so lovely and fruity. It's extremely pigmented and lasts all day. The only problem I have with it is that it's much more yellow than it looked in the tube..

But let the pictures speak:

about 8 hours later, I know not the best lighting, but you get the gist:

Well, well, as one can see the concealer did a great job. :-) You only need the tiniest amount, I squeezed out a pea sized amount and that was more than enough.

I'm still worried about the yellowness, I didn't have the impression that it was that yellow, but the pics speak another language.. I guess I'll have to mix it with another concealer to balance out that yellowness, but the product itself is great.

At the end of the day, I could see the concealer settle a little bit in the fine lines under the eyes, but not too much.

I totally recommend it. So if you can get your hands on it, give it a try. Just make sure that you get the right shade for you.
