Why MAC Why?

I'm sure most of you have seen the pictures of the upcoming MAC Venomous Villains Collection:

I'm sorry, but this is probably the most disappointing packaging I've ever seen. The guy, who designed and chose these definitely works in the wrong business.

I mean they are okay, but off all the things you could do with Disney, what gorgeous packaging ideas just flow into your head, this is the result?

I'm a girl who is very easily attracted by pretty packaging and I have bought several things just because of its prettiness, I admit that, and I know that there are many girls out there who tend to do that as well, but with this..

Maybe I'm wrong, I wanna know your opinion, please let me know! But let's be honest - they look like cheap black shiny boxes with some stickers on..
