Balea released some new produtc. Three body lotions and two shower gels. I spotted them yesterday:

All of them smell lovely. For now I'll wait a little while. I'm sure they will be available all summer. :-)

Wedding Fantasies

Sorry, for the quiet days, it was a stressful time. University started with its usual annoying hick ups.. My lovely cousin and I went to another wedding dress store, more for fun than anything else.

I already purchased my dress and this one was too expensive anyway (1699€), but I loved this one so much I wanted to share it with you.

I know, no hair and make up of course, but it looks so beautiful. The lady REALLY "strapped" me in that dress, I could hardly breathe, but it made me look really slender, which of course I loved!

My cousin also tried on some dresses, she looked gorgeous in every dress with her beautiful body:

What do you think? Like the dress? I definitely would have gone with this one if I would be able to afford it.

Right now I'm still looking for wedding shoes which are affordable and it's way more difficult than I thought.. Of course there are two pair of shoes I dream about at night:

How I wish I would be rich enough to buy these. So incredible and not just because they were in those movies, they are true perfection!

Since I'm not rich I wanna get shoes I can wear after my wedding as well. They need to be versatile. Probably Peep Toes, I love them. I like the idea of getting blue shoes, cause we all know you need something blue on your wedding day!

Do you have affordable shoes in mind? I'd love to get some suggestions! Like me in that dress?

MAC's New Mineralize Range

Those pictures are not of the best quality, but you get the idea. The new Mineralize lipsticks and foundations arrived!

I thought it would take longer until we get those. I'm gonna try to make swatches of all the products tomorrow. :-)

L'Oréal Riche Les Top Coats

L'Oréal released two top coats that give your nail polishes some extra special finishes. There is one that makes your polish matte, which is nothing new:

And a top coat that transforms your polish into a smoky, new colour:

This is quite interesting and I haven't seen a product like this so far. It works well, but you should make sure that you cover your nail polish in one stroke. Otherwise, it will get streaky.

You can get some nice shades with this, but one must mention that it doesn't look pretty on all colours. Here are three example. The first transformation is my favorite:

It costs 6,99€ which is okay I think. More would definitely be too much, but you can have some fun with this. :-)

Essie Sleek Stick Nail Decals

Hello lovelies,

I got these a little while ago and now it's review time!!

There are four decals and you gotta be fast, those are limited edition!!

Essie sent me the "so haute!" stickers :-)

I must admit of those four this set was the one I didn't like when I first saw them at the store. They are just so not me, but it's still pretty awesome to be able to try them. They are made with/of real essie polish, let's take a closer look.

The finished manicure:

There are 18 stickers inside in different sizes. It comes with a little file and a manual:

I thought it was a bit weird to include 18 stickers instead of 20, so you could use it for two manicures, but after putting the decals on, I know you need those 18 to get one neat look.

So how do/did they work? 

You just peel off the sticker you think fits your nail best and file the sticker that stands over the edge of your nail away. Seems simple, but I didn't like the filing part.. 

The stickers were quite stubborn and you can't get an exact edge without automatically filing away a bit of your nails. I tried cutting the excess sticker, but that didn't work. And as much as I tried I never got it perfect, always a little bit standing over..

Nevertheless, one can't argue, it looks pretty cool and is quickly done! The stickers adhere incredibly well, but thanks to that tiny amount of overstanding/imperfect sticker it looked like that at the end of the day .

 I wore tights that evening and after putting them on, it looked like that..

Overall, I think those are amazing for a special night out. You get an awesome design without any work which is great if you are untalented and impatient like me. 

But if you're like me and need a neat and sleek edge those probably aren't for daily use. I removed nine of them the same night, cause it annoyed me so much. The one I left on was still sitting right where I put it three days later. Another thing is the price tag. 9,99€ isn't exactly cheap for one "look", but again, for a special event those stickers are gorgeous.

So, if you like the designs, be quick and get them. And when that special night comes, wear them like a princess. :-)

New S.he Stylezone Products

Those products surprised me in the mail two weeks ago, so of course I had to share them with you after testing. 

I'm not gonna lie, I never really payed much attention when it comes to this brand except for their nail polishes, but after trying these that might change!

They don't have limited editions and since I'm a sucker for those and there are way too many anyway I always focus on other products/brands. *g* Now they did release a couple of new items and I gotta tell you, they are of great quality. Especially, for that price.

But let's take a closer look first:

The products only have numbers - left: 281, right: 282

I'm really sorry, but I didn't find names or numbers on those two, but they are the new ones and currently on special display. I'll try to find out.

Two of the new quads, there is another one that has a great mix, I'm gonna get this as well and will review it too, but for now: 217 and 260

Swatch time. 

Those are swatched heavily and they do crumble like hell.. This might be a no-go for some, but since those are so affordable I don't really mind. I just tab the excess product off:

Now on to the lipglosses. They surprised me again, a lovely scent and no stickiness.

Finally, the nail polishes. The teal colour was opaque after one coat, the other one took two. Fast drying time and good colour pay-off, what do you want more?

All in all, I was truly surprised by the quality of the items and definitely will pay more attention in the future to what they do. I'm gonna do a look with the products as well.
