GOSH 9 Shades "To Play With In Vegas" Palette

Today I have swatches from another of the 9 Shades palettes. :-) The most fun one  "To Play With In Vegas". A burst of colour.

I love playing with it, last week I used the pinks for a little afternoon make over.

What do you think about the palette?

Here are swatches of the other 9 Shades palette I own "to Enjoy in New York". :-)

Stay away from these lashes!!!!!

This is a first on my blog, cause when I don't like a product I simply don't mention it, but this made me so angry, I have to warn everyone I can.

A week ago or so I bought s-he stylezone lashes, so far I never had a bad experience with their products, but this was more than a disappoinment.

I bought the left ones (I threw mine away in a fit of rage) and it's not so much the lashes which are evil, it's the lash glue!

I was naive enough to use the lash glue that came with the lashes and it was UNREMOVABLE. I tried for an hour to get rid of the glue with oil based and oil free make up remover. I tried everything. My eye area was so sore I had to apply Bepanthen like an eye cream..

But it wouldn't go away. It took three days and a lot of rubbing until the last bits of glue finally vanished and it left my eyes with several lash-free spaces. It looks horrible, like someone randomly removed them.

I can't tell you how angry and furious I was and still am. I just have to look in the mirror. This glue is an affront and I feel s-he stylezone should pay me money to get lash extensions until my lashes grow back.

So, please, NEVER buy them.

Valerie

Glossybox Valentine's Edition

I hope you all had a lovely Valentine's Day, spent with the people you love. Mine was quite surprising, didn't expect a thing and got a rose AND a MAC voucher! :-)

Let's take a look at what Glossybox put into their love box.

This box focuses quite on skincare which is a bit of a love/hate thing for me. I always love getting skincare products, but well there's always the chance that your skin doesn't react well to the product.

You get a toner by Kueshi, a sample of benefits pore professional and a sample size of the Eucerin even brighter day cream.

As you saw above there is also a perfume sample from chloé and since we are more than just a pretty face we get a Beautybird nail polish, a gorgeous loose eyeshadow from Marsk and an adorable key chain.

"Yo're Toast" - It's a super shiny almost foil goldish tone.

A nice and solid box full of products one really can use. Love that, but again, if you're very sensitive when it comes to your skincare, be careful when trying new products.

Love,
Valerie

Curly Cuffs

I love Etsy and this is one of the reasons why. Let me show you my most recent purchase: Curly Cuffs

I got myself a septum, they are piercing cuffs. It is perfect if you wanna try out how a certain piercing would suit you.

I little while ago I removed my septum (a real one) and from time to time I miss it. This is perfect for such a moment. They come in different colours, versions and they do look real:

You need to check it out if you think about getting a piercing or just wanna have one for a while, most piercings are just that anyway.

This is just my opinion, but before you make a visible hole in your face which will always be there, piercing or not, trust me I've seen it so many times, get this.

Here's the link. I bought the sterling silver one which was 6,51€. I think I need to get snakebites just to scare the crap out of my family. lol

What do you think about those? Love them just as I do?

Valerie

Eyeko Visual Eyes Liquid Eyeliner Review

I'm aaalways looking for the perfect eyeliner, the finer the better, so it was time to try the "Visual Eyes Liquid Eyeliner" from Eyeko.

I ordered one and got one as a gift. Score I say!

Let's take a look at the tip

One fine tip with which you can draw really fine lines. :)

Before I talk about the performance here is something I found rather weird..

I mean it's good they're honest and I'm used to the fact that half of the stuff we consume and use is from Japan, but after making it in Japan they actually transport it to Korea to assemble it. A product from the UK. I mean I'm not the only one that finds that weird am I?

But now on to the perfomance. I am really pleased with the results, it makes super fine lines and lasts well.

Nevertheless, I didn't fall in love. I can't say why, the spark just didn't catch I guess. *gg* It's a good liner, handy and quick and all that, but I will go back to my Catrice one after that.

I bought it online and it's 16€. Do you own it? What do you think??

Valerie
