Glossybox Fresh 'n' Fruity

The new Glossybox arrived and I'm really excited about this one, cause I think every product is a win.

I love got2b, even though I'm rather lazy when it comes to hair styling, I always enjoy products from that brand. I just like the design and a blow dry spray which makes your hair dry faster - I mean who doesn't need that?!

I haven't tried it yet, but a body peeling is another product that everyone uses. Especially, since warmer times are coming.

I love this shower gel, it smells and feels great. Nothing more to say. *gg*

Cleaning wipes - another product everyone uses and even if it's just for when you're travelling.

This 4LK lipstick in "pure red" is great as well. The colour pay off is nice and it's red. Everyone can pull of red.

right side is heavily swatched, left one is done twice. It gets a bit darker when you reapply it.

So, all in all, this is one of my favorite boxes in a while. It's just so useable for everybody. :)

What do you think??

Glossybox Valentine's Edition

I hope you all had a lovely Valentine's Day, spent with the people you love. Mine was quite surprising, didn't expect a thing and got a rose AND a MAC voucher! :-)

Let's take a look at what Glossybox put into their love box.

This box focuses quite on skincare which is a bit of a love/hate thing for me. I always love getting skincare products, but well there's always the chance that your skin doesn't react well to the product.

You get a toner by Kueshi, a sample of benefits pore professional and a sample size of the Eucerin even brighter day cream.

As you saw above there is also a perfume sample from chloé and since we are more than just a pretty face we get a Beautybird nail polish, a gorgeous loose eyeshadow from Marsk and an adorable key chain.

"Yo're Toast" - It's a super shiny almost foil goldish tone.

A nice and solid box full of products one really can use. Love that, but again, if you're very sensitive when it comes to your skincare, be careful when trying new products.

Love,
Valerie

Glossybox Christmas Box!

Hello lovelies,

Christmas is coming fast and if you're still looking for a gift, this might be it.

Glossybox released a Christmas box which is seperate from the normal subscription boxes. The box itself is a real treat, bordeaux velvet with a magnetic lid.

Let's take a look..

The christmas box includes 6 full size products.

We have:

  • -417 Energizing Cleansing Gel
  • Toni & Guy Glamour 3D Volumiser
  • Royal Apothic Tinties
  • Marsk Mineral Eyeshadow Duo in "Tinsel"
  • Uslu Airlines nail polish in XMS
  • Bottega Verde Make Up Base
Let's take a look at the lip tint, cause it is ridiculously gorgeous. It's almost too pretty.

Another product I swatched for you is the mineral eyeshadow duo:

I haven't used the other products yet, but I wanted to show you the content in time for christmas shopping. This box is most certainly gift-worthy. It is currently sold out, but I'll try to find out if there will be more available.

The box is either 25€ for subscribers or 35€ if you get the box alone without being subscribed.

Love,
Guinevere

The new Glossybox is here!!

It always feels a little like christmas when the Glossybox arrives. Who doesn't love a package knowing there's beauty stuff inside. *gg*

A nice mix..

Let's take a closer look:

Love me Green face peeling:

Daidermine lifting serum:

Labello blueberry lip butter:

Gliss Kur hyaluron hair serum:

Nicka K New York Colorluxe blush:

It was almost impossible to get colour out of that spongy thing so I opened it and look at that pretty, fresh rose color!

Overall, I think it's a pretty neat box. :-)
  • I won't be able to use the face peeling, since my skin is too sensitive, especially in fall and winter, but for most this might be useful.
  • The Diadermine serum is cool as well, serums are always good. This is supposed for ladies 30 and over, but personally I think you should start with anti age care when you're 25. It's easier to prevent than to get rid of wrinkles.
  • Gliss Kurs hair serum is something I definitely will use. I love hair serums!
  • The lip butter from Labello is the item I'll definitely avoid. Labello is the lip care brand that does nothing but get your lips addicted to the product. You use and use it and it does nothing.
  • Last, but not least the blush. While I wasn't impressed with it with the sponge on I was pleasently surprised by it when I saw and swatched the product directly.
This is definitely one of the good boxes. :) What do you think? Like it?

Love,
Valerie

3 Years Glossybox!

Glossybox celebrated it's third birthday with this box so let's take a look.

So Susan Universal Blush & Kryolan for Glossybox Cashmere Highlighter cream.

The blush has a real nice rosy tone.

Especially for Glossybox's birthday Kryolan created this highlighter cream. It has a nice shne to it.

There is also a body and face oil by Diadermine, a Bee Natural lip balm in Mango and a Body Shop shower gel in Honeymania.

It feels like I have a billion body oils by now, so I'm not soo excited about it. I love the scent of the Body Shop shower gel and the lip balm is a nice item as well.

All in all, this is one solid box, but I gotta admit that I wasn't blown away. For a birthday box I kinda expected "more". Maybe I'm just spoiled by previous boxes. *gg* What do you think??

The next box is going to be Pop Art themed and I' sooo excited!!

Love,
Valerie
