Review: The Body Shop Camomile Cleansing Oil

The Body Shop added three new make up removing products. I've been looking for quite a while for a cleansing oil in the drugstore prize range. Okay, The Body Shop is a bit above the usual drugstore prizes, but still more affordable than high end products.

Let's talk about it. Since I still have some cleansing oils I didn't buy it, but I got a big sample.

I didn't expect too much, but I was truly surprised by it. It removed all my make up without troubles, even the waterproof eyeliner. It felt very comfortable on my face and the subtle camomile scent was lovely as well.

I would definitely recommend it, actually I can't wait to buy it, but for now I have to use up my MAC cleansing oil. It costs 13€.

Anyone of you know it?

Guinevere

Austrian Blogger Advent Calender

This is way too late, but better late than never. A bunch of Austrian bloggers created an Advent Calender for you. :-)

My door will open on the 22nd. I wasn't talented enough to manage to get the cool graphic with the clickable dates *gg* but you can find it at Reklamedame's Blog. :-)
Have fun and remember to enter every day. :-)

Look by Bipa Coloured Sand Polishes LE

Hello lovelies,

Looking forward to the weekend? I do, even though it will only start at Saturday evening. Thanks Uni!

I recently discovered a new nail polish LE by Bipa, sand polishes, nothing new, but one of them is a really special, beautiful shade. Let's take a look.

There are six shades:
glitter lilac
 deep red
 glitter coral
 glitter black
 deep blue
 glitter turquoise
They one that really stands out is "glitter lilac", of course I had to have it. *gg*

It's even prettier in real life, escpecially in sunlight, but right now sun is really scarce.. I absolutely love this one, I might get "glitter coral" as well, not sure yet.

The are available for six weeks and cost 1,99€, which is more than fair. They are longlasting and this one was opaque after two coats. :)

Did you already see them or even bought some??

Love,
Guinevere

KW 14

I didn't find time to prepare a beauty post, so I thought I just share a few photos of this last week.

My sister made a family Advent calendar with a schedule and everything. It's so genius.

On the 5th it was my turn and it was awesome:

When I wasn't teaching, I was at University supported but sadly not sponsored by Starbucks. *gg* I looove their Toffee Nut Latte.

For my non-Austrian followers. On the way to Uni I pass the famous Christkindlmarkt on the Rathausplatz every day and it's definitely worth visiting:

A big highlight this week was the Elisabeth Musical at the Raimund Theatre. I loved it. Definitely gonna see it again this month.

The weekend was full of decorating and walking the dogs. Heaven felt more like staying at home.

Ilvy had a severe case of snow paws *gg*

I hope you had a great week. I'll promise to be better this week. More posts and beauty. :)

Love,
Guinevere

MAC Legally Blonde Event

Last week, thanks to MAC, I had the incredible pleasure to visit the backstage area of the "Legally Blonde" musical. I loved Musicals my whole life. Some pictures of the make up room and the wigs, they use a ton of them during the show. It's so cool.

I wish I could work there.

The star of the show - Elle :)

MAC is their make up partner :)

It was incredible! After the tour we got to see MAC's holiday collection AND the upcoming Riri holiday LE.

Tadaaa!

Some swatches: The lighting wasn't the best, but you can get an idea. :)

The palette "Presh Out":

The lipsticks "Pleasure Bomb" and "Bad Girl". The "Love, Rihanna" bronzing powder and above the ridiculously longlasting eyeliner "Cockiness".

The liner after two showers and a billion times of hand washing.

The Riri LE will be available online on the 10th December and in stores on the 27th.

After the lovely presentation, we watched the show. Sadly, I had to leave early, because I had to catch the train back to Retz. To finish this perfect evening we got some goodies. I'll review them soon. :)

It was a gorgeous evening. I loved every minute of it. Thanks MAC for inviting me. :)

Love,
Guinevere
