Maybelline Jade EyeStudio Master Duo Liquid Liner

Maybelline Jade released a new product of their Master line, the "Master Duo Liquid Liner". The unique thing about it is the unusual tip. One side is designed to create thin lines and the other made for wide lines.

Let's take a closer look

The tip, I've never seen a tip like it.

Pitch-black, just like I like it.

I was quite skeptical, but it really works. You can create thin and precise lines.

It lasted all day and didn't move. I'm definitely a fan of this product! It's of great quality, the 9,99€ are justifiable.

Essie Naughty Nautical LE

I already talked about essie's Naughty Nautical summer collection here. But I fell in love with the other colours as well and couldn't resist buying the rest of the collection

I got the set with the smaller bottles of "full steam ahead", "sunday funday" and "naughty nautical"

and the normal sized "the more the merrier" and "the girls are out"

As mentioned aboved, I already posted about "rock the boat". The strange, but still awesome colour of the collection, especially if you think about the cold and rainy summer we had so far.

I'm so obsessed with "naughty nautical" that I might need the regular sized bottle as well.. We'll see, if I can find it.. It's sold out everywhere.

First Wedding Make Up Drafts

Since, I'll be doing my own make up, I started trying out different versions/ideas. What do you think about this one. Version 1:

It's a rather matte look. Version 2 is more subtle, but still lovely I think.

I'll try out a more sparkly, shimmery look tomorrow. Some products I will definitely use:

Smashbx Photo Finish primer
Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation
MAC pro longwear lipstick (I can't recall the name right now, it's the one you see above)

I got a Lash Perm!

Only three more days - aaaaaaahhhh. I'll do my own make up on my weddig day and to make everything as bulletproof as possible I decided to get a lash perm! Yes, that exists. A treatment that permanently curls your lashes.

I heard about it years ago, but never tried it. I knew Make Up Bine offered it, so I booked an appointment. Let's look at some photos.

Before:

It looks pretty funny, you get a "roll" on your lashes which is sealed onto them with a solution, after ten minutes another solution is added. After 20 minutes you remove them and thanks to the ingredients of the "glue" you have perfectly formed lashes for the next few weeks.

After:

Some good photos (with mascara on) which show you the wonderful result

Its not the most affordable treatment, it cost me 35€. I had some serious watering going on which made the solution burn in my eyes, but the result is sooo beautiful. I love it!

It might be too expensive to get it done every few weeks, but for special occassions this is perfect.

Final Dress Fitting and Bye bye until Sunday!

Hey guys,

Really curious how this will look, cause I'm writing it via the Blogger app.

Yesterday was an exhausting and exciting day. We went to get my dress and made the final changes. It was too big, yes!! :)

I'm gonna show you detailed photos after the wedding. For now this is all you will get. gg

It's getting real, just a few more days until I'll be married and have a new name and a ring I'll wear for the rest of my life. :) It still feels unreal.

I'm in Italy for the next three days, I'll write again as soon as I'm back.

Threading Addicted

I have a new addiction - theading. I love it!!

I got my eyebrows threaded at Belma's spontaneously two weeks ago, cause the woman next to me got hers done (I only once tried it at a Boots in Edinburgh) and I just wanted to try it again and I looooved the result sooo much!

I loved it so much that I got them done two days ago again. Sadly, Belma's salon is quite far away from me and after searching two hours online I just went to the Turkish hairdresser nearby on the off chance they might do threading and they did!!

Just what I needed *gg* Look at that flawless result.

On the 16th, one day before my wedding, I'll get them done again. So looking forward to it. *gg*

L'Oréal Super Liner Blackbuster & Look

Isn't it always exciting to see new products in stores. I love it. 

L'Oréal just released their Super Liner Blackbuster eyeliner, which is basically a felt tip pen for your eyes.

It' quite big, but has a fine tip..

which makes drawing fine lines really simple.

It can be really handy to have such a liner, especially when you're travelling. It's easy to use and not messy.

One thing and you can see this above and on my look, is that those felt tip pens (which have the colour "inside") never give you a truly black line. It's black, but not opaque. Know what I mean?

The other thing is that as long as it's dry it lasted all day without moving, but on another day when it was super hot and humid the colour transfered on to my upper lid..

Here's my look:

• Pros: it was easy to handle and one was able to draw thin lines
• Cons: moves when it get's hot/humid and doesn't give you a true black line

My New Hair Colour

My wedding is coming closer and closer, a good week and I'm married. Unbelievable..

Since I had three different hair colours I thought it's time to get a more natural, harmonious colour for my big day.

I wish I could say it was simple to find a hairdresser, but a lot can go wrong when it comes to colour. There are a few salons, but their prices are insane..

Luckily, I was part of the Matrix Colour event. The lovely hair colour expert of L'Oréal was there as well and since she owns her own shop I went to her and got a wonderful result.

Like I was born with that hair colour. She's amazing. I love the result. Kisses to you, Belma!!
