The sun is finally shining so I felt the need to wear something bright - just like "Bright Tights" from essie. :-)
It's soooo beautiful, but a real bitch as well.. *g* What you see are 6 coats! It's extreme streaky. without a top coat it wouldn't look half as pretty..
